Yes. Tenants can submit maintenance requests, and you can assign licensed tradies directly through the platform. You’ll also have access to automated preventive maintenance schedules to extend asset life.

Proparo uses industry-standard encryption and secure cloud infrastructure to protect your data. We prioritise privacy and compliance at every level.

When you deactivate your Proparo account:

  • Account Access is Immediately Revoked: You will no longer be able to log in or access any data stored within the platform.
  • Data Retention Period: We retain your data for a limited time (typically 30–90 days) after deactivation in case you wish to reactivate your account or require a data export. During this period, your data remains secure and private.
  • Permanent Deletion: After the retention period ends, all personal data, property records, tenant details, payment histories, and maintenance logs associated with your account are permanently deleted from our servers in accordance with our data privacy and security policies.
  • Requesting Immediate Deletion: If you prefer to have your data deleted immediately, you can contact our support team at support@proparo.com and we will process your request in line with applicable data protection regulations.
